A. By deposit in a bank account

You can deposit the price of your order in our account at ALPHA BANK within an exclusive period of three (3) days from the submission of your order. Otherwise your order is automatically deleted and considered invalid.

In the bank depository, please indicate your full name.

B. Using a credit / debit card. Payment via credit, debit and prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners cards.

C. Payment in cash to the distributor upon receipt up to the amount of 500 euros. For Cyprus Cash on Delivery Service (COD) cost is 20 euros.

SHIPPING METHODS

Greece
Deliveries within Attica are made by representatives of our company while deliveries to the rest of Greece are made with a courier company and the jewelry is insured throughout the delivery. The cost of the shipping is 5 euros up to 250 euros per order. For orders over 250 euros delivery is free.
Cyprus

Deliviries in Cyprus are made with a courier company and the jewelry is insured throughout the delivery. The cost of shipping is 15 euros for all orders up to 500 euro. For orders over 500 euros the shipping cost is free.

SECURE TRANSACTIONS

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank “Alpha | e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
