You have the right to return the jewelry and precious stones within 15 days from the date of receipt, along with its packaging and accompanying documents (purchase receipt, consignment note, certification). In case you want to return the jewelry, you must first contact us at info@luisant.gr or by phone at 2103317211.
In order for the return or change of your jewelry to be accepted, the jewelry must not have been modified at your suggestion (size) or made exclusively for you (private order). It should also be in the condition in which we sent it with its packaging intact (Bag, Box, Accompanying Documents and Certification) and be unbearable. In case any of the above is not in the form you received then the return is not accepted by our company.
In case all the above conditions are met, then with your shipping costs, your jewelry will be sent to us and after a check by a specialist Gemologist-Diamondologist, we will inform you if the change or return of your jewelry is accepted.
If you choose to return your money then it will be returned to you within 15 days in a bank account that you will indicate to us. For your best service, please send by email the IBAN number of your bank account to the bank to which the account belongs and the name of the beneficiary.
