PAYMENT METHODS
A. By deposit in a bank account
You can deposit the price of your order in our account at ALPHA BANK within an exclusive period of three (3) days from the submission of your order. Otherwise your order is automatically deleted and considered invalid.
In the bank depository, please indicate your full name.

C. Payment in cash to the distributor upon receipt up to the amount of 500 euros. For Cyprus Cash on Delivery Service (COD) cost is 20 euros.
SHIPPING METHODS
Greece
Deliveries within Attica are made by representatives of our company, while deliveries to the rest of Greece are made with a courier company and the jewelry is insured throughout the delivery. The cost of shipping is 5 euros for orders up to 250 euros. For orders over 250 euros delivery is free.
Cyprus
Deliveries in Cyprus are made with a courier company and the jewelry is insured throughout the delivery. The cost of shipping is 15 euros for orders up to 500 euros. For orders over 500 euros delivery is free.
Rest of the world — DHL Express
For deliveries outside Greece and Cyprus we work with DHL Express. The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination country and the weight and dimensions of the parcel — you will see it in full in your cart before you pay. Every shipment comes with a tracking number, so you can follow your order all the way to delivery.
For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may apply. These are imposed by the authorities of the destination country, are not included in the shipping cost or in your order total, and are payable by the recipient on delivery. Their amount is set by the customs legislation of each country and cannot be calculated by us in advance.
SECURE TRANSACTIONS
All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank “Alpha | e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
